Graco
With the exception of any special, extended, or limited warranty published by Graco, Graco will, for a period of twelve months from the date of sale, repair or replace any part of the equipment determined by Graco to be defective.
This warranty does not cover, and Graco shall not be liable for general wear and tear, or any malfunction, damage or wear caused by faulty installation, misapplication, abrasion, corrosion, inadequate or improper maintenance, negligence, accident, tampering, or substitution of non-Graco component parts.

CertaSpray Foam
CertainTeed Corporation (CertainTeed), subject to the conditions and limitations listed herein, warrants to the original homeowner (purchaser) that its CertaSpray™ Foam Insulation, when such insulation is properly installed, will be free from manufacturing defects, including defects related to the material or to the design of the insulation, during the lifetime of the original purchaser so long as he/she retains ownership of the property in which the insulation was installed. This warranty covers individual residences only. This warranty is not applicable to insulation installed in a building that is not used as an individual residence at the time the insulation is installed.

EPS Generators
Engine Power Source, Rock Hill, South Carolina warrants each generator set to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) full year or 2000 hours, whichever occurs first.
The obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing any parts returned to EPS, Rock Hill, South Carolina, and, which upon examination is disclosed to the company's satisfaction to have been defective workmanship or material.
During the first full year of service, from the date of delivery to the first purchaser, EPS will pay the cost of reasonable labor (based upon our standards) required to repair any generator set or replace any parts found to be defective by EPS. Service supplies such as coolant, oil and filters which are not reusable due to a warrantable repair are covered.

Bullard Free-Air Pumps
The E.D. Bullard Company warrants to the original purchaser that the Free-Air pump will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. E.D. Bullard Company's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, at its option, articles that are returned within the warranty period and that are, after examination, shown to E.D. Bullard Company's satisfaction to be defective.
In no event shall E.D. Bullard Company be responsible for damages for loss of use or other indirect, incidental, consequential or special costs, expenses or damages incurred by the purchaser, notwithstanding that E.D. Bullard Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

WARRANTY PERIOD
The Company’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or, as its option, replacing, during normal business hours at an authorized service facility or the Company, and part which in its judgment proved not to be as warranted within the applicable Warranty Period as follows:
